چکیده
Commercial carotenoids of green microalgae have become significant especially for their applications in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and feed industries. Effects physical chemical parameters on carotenoid contents isolated microalgal species been investigated. The variables shaking rate, nitrogen concentration light intensity affect biomass production synthesis were investigated using statistical design by Box-Behnken (BBD) employing Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Furthermore, optimized cultivation conditions BBD Chlorella vulgaris, Ankistrodesmus convolutus, Dunaliella salina, Tetraselmis striata determined spectrophotometric method to enhance concentration. A. convolutus within algae was detected with highest optimum results indicated that growth (0.55 mg/L) total (25.1138 mg/g biomass) found at stirrer rate 100 rpm under ?E/m2 s, nutrient component 8.82 mM NaNO3 . These validated experimentally yield (24.13 biomass). After performed a flat-plate photobioreactor volume 6L based profile defined HPLC-DAD standards such as violaxanthin, astaxanthin ?-carotene. This study proposes RSM approach can be used define optimal large-scale convolutus.

متن کاملPhotocatalytic Removal of Amaranth Optimization Using Response Surface Methodology
Since Amaranth (AM) is one of the dye compounds which is harmful to human’s life its removal from industrial waste water would reduce their environmental impact and health effect. Copper nanoparticle (CuNP) is a simple and eco-friendly material which can be used to remove this pollutant. In this paper, copper nanoparticles were synthesized, for removal of AM dye. The experiments were designed b...
